Rp 10.2 B Budgeted for IPAL in Tidung Island

Seribu Islands Water Management Sub-dept is going to spend Rp 10.2 billion building a waste water treatment plant (IPAL) in Tdung Island, South Seribu Islands. 

Contract value for IPAL development will spend Rp 10,217,563,000. We have socialized it to the citizens. We'll do measurement in the near future

Seribu Islands Water Management Sub-dept Head, Mustajab disclosed has signed a contract agreement with the implementer. Technically, the development is managed by PT Kartika Ekajaya, KSO PT Cipta Cahaya Aqillah, KSO PT Alam Hijau Semesta as a contractor. As for the supervision, is conducted by PT Tuba Kalimat Konsultan.

"Contract value for IPAL development will spend Rp 10,217,563,000. We have socialized it to the citizens. We'll do measurement in the near future," he expressed, Thursday (6/9).

This Year, 2 IPALs in Tidung Island Built

According to him, such IPAL will process domestic wastewater from septic tanks and washing bath channels. As planned, it would be placed in different locations.

On the east and south sides, there would be IPAL with a capacity of 150 cunic meter to accommodate waste from 300 homes. On the north side, there would be IPAL with a capacity of 200 cubic meters to accommodate waste from 400 homes.

"For this year, we will develop two IPALs in Tidung Island and two other units in the upcoming 2017," he finished.
